Implementation plan The purpose of the project is to construct a deck and change the landscape of front yard of the golf recreation club. The landscape upgradation plan will be checked and the change will be done according to the plan(Kerzner Kerzner, 2017). The budget will be fixed and tender will be called for the construction of the deck. The schedule will be fixed and the construction work will be done according to the schedule. The construction work will be done step by step by the construction company who got the tender(Burke, 2013). The steps of the construction will be closely monitored. The construction when completed will be inspected. The whole plan will be executed under expert supervision and the project will be completed within stipulated time period.
